Ian’s had loads of play dates of late, and they will continue tomorrow when I return to cheffing! Holy crap.
This morning, Auntie Juli came over so I could go to the doctor, and taught Ian how to clack his tongue.
The other new development of the day is Ian has started walkering. Not walking on his own, but he’s learned he can get around on his two feet if he has an object to push. So the birth ball, the high chair, and the dining room chairs have become Ian’s walkers. Here he is, admiring the tree, clacking his tongue, and surveying the high chair.
Here is the client’s menu. Sound good? I’m nervous…
Carrot Coriander Soup with Cilantro Yogurt Sauce and Pita
Chicken Enchilada Pie
French Onion Brisket with Cauliflower Mashed “Potatoes”
Roasted Market Veggies
Quinoa Salad with White Beans, Sun-dried Tomatoes and Herbed Feta
Asian Slaw with Ginger Peanut Dressing
Overnight Oats
Egg white Strata Florentine
Vegan Cranberry Raisin Oatmeal Cookies
He loves your Christmas tree! Won’t be long now before he is walking.
