So Ian’s not always into food. It depends on the day. Sometimes it feels like weeks since I’ve gotten him to eat anything but pancakes and smoothies (all flour, sugar, and dairy free and full of healthy crap but still).
So when this happened after nap today (so rare and sweet when he eats with focus and thoughtfulness-not a drop was thrown on the floor or at me), I thought I must share the recipe with my fellow mamas. It just may work for you, too!
