An honor to attend my fifteenth birth and my third home birth. I’ve never seen Kristi’s husband and daughter so happy, and Kristi was her usual sweet, sweet self.

PS: This babe lifted his head, latched by himself, and found his fingers in the first hour of life. And had the longest cord I’ve ever seen.

I will continue to be inspired by the power and partnership I witnessed on October 22nd, 2014. This is sacred work indeed.
