Birth Doula                                                                   $1200

• 2 prenatal home visits
• Individualized birth intentions document
• Birthing time education and resources
• Illustrate and practice birthing time comfort measures
• On call from 38-42 weeks gestation
• Present during birthing time (from early active stage until breast/chest feeding has been established)

Postpartum Lactation Assessment & Home Support $75

(Initial assessment, including feeding parent and baby, latch and feeding assessment, and follow up individualized care plan)

Follow Up Lactation Home Support Visit                    $50
